Music Lessons

  Every Tuesday afternoon Room 1 has a music lesson. We are using the 'Music Room' programme by Rob Fairbairn, Mark Leehy and Kevin O'Mara. We just love these lessons! These photos are taken from our work on identifying high and low sounds. We have also been creating loud and soft sounds.

Jonathan and Saya listened to 'A Swinging Song.' We all sang along.

Danielle and Katelyn are showing that the song went up high.

Archie's arms are up because the sound effects were high.

 Bobby played some low notes on the xylophone.

 Shoka chose the triangle to play some high notes.

 Jessica used the bells to make a soft sound.

Room 1 listened to a story which had loud and soft sounds.

We like making the loud sounds best!
